Return Policy

We want you to love your merch. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale or discounted items
• Limited edition or tour-exclusive merchandise
• Physical CDs

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Information

We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility
